This offering is hand-crafted right here at Sage Goddess and features a small tube containing an inner swab infused with pure, undiluted essential oils. This sniff stick is a blend of peppermint for relieving stress, spearmint to uplift your mood, marjoram to invite happiness, and lavender for comfort. Because it relieves stress, this blend may even stop some headaches in their tracks before they begin. This offering is so easy to work with – just position the opening under your nose and inhale its soothing scent through each nostril one at a time!

This is such a brilliant idea truly and with SG’s quality oils it’s my little meditation and getting into the present moment on the go.
