These earrings are .925 sterling silver and were made in Taxco, Mexico. Frida is known for her wonderful self-portraits and her unfettered expressions of the female experience and form, both in her art and life. Frida was who she was, unapologetically. We can all use a little of her Divine Feminine strength as we embrace and integrate ourselves this shadow season. Skully represents the Calavera, one of the most recognized symbols of Day of the Dead, as it represents rebirth into the next stage of life.
