The deeper magic of my Relax Perfume
The carefully chosen blend of bergamot, valerian, and lavender holds the power to induce relaxation and calm the mind and body. Bergamot is extracted from bergamot oranges, which are primarily grown in the coastal areas of Reggio di Calabria, Italy. Bergamot brings strength and surrounds you in gentle protection while restoring balance and stability. It centers scattered energy, improves energy, and promotes restful sleep. Valerian comes from the Latin word valere meaning “to be strong, healthy.” It’s been worked with for centuries and is extremely calming, easing stress and tension. Valerian is also purifying, protective, and encourages self-acceptance. One of the most commonly used essential oils in the world, the lavender plant represents tranquility, meditation, yin and yang, the Crown Chakra, levels of higher consciousness, and purification. With its soothing, clean, and pleasant scent, it brings to mind all things comforting.

I have had issues with anxiety since I was12. I am 40 now so I am an anxiety pro at this point. I am not on medication, I try to handle things naturally; healthy diet, exercise, etc. This perfume blend is very helpful. I felt that familiar anxiety feeling creeping in last night and I put some on and actually felt better. I was shocked because my anxiety can get intense. I usually joke that it would take a tranquilizer dart to help.
I am very happy with this blend. It smells nice and it definitely helped ease my anxiety.
And bonus; it helped my son fall asleep easier.
Thank you from the bottom of my anxious little heart for this perfume blend.
