Bloodstone is my favorite stone for pain relief and my go-to stone for healing of any kind. African bloodstone, also known as setonite, is primarily found in South Africa. It’s a variety of deep-green chalcedony, a crypto-crystalline quartz, with red jasper flecks. The drops of red that look like blood are really just iron oxide inclusions. The pimmel is a symbol of the Divine Masculine, bringing power and bravery. Work with this African Bloodstone Pimmel for the strength to face any challenge along your path.
The deeper magic of this African Bloodstone Pimmel
African bloodstone activates the Root Chakra for strength, endurance, and energy. When feeling fearful or frail, it enhances tenacity. African bloodstone is also protective and rejuvenating and gives you the courage to face challenges and move through difficult times with resilience and resolve.
The pimmel represents and harmonizes the Divine Masculine.
