Lavender is derived from the Latin lavare, which simply means ‘to wash,’ and its many uses date back to Roman times. Whoa! Admittedly I am not the worlds biggest fan of lavender perfume-wise, but I tried this to help with anxiety and sleep. So far, it’s worked like a charm every time! I use it when I’m having a panic attack, and when I wake up in the middle of the night – it calms me down and puts my mind in a different place every time. This will have to be in my collection permanently!
