Persephone is the daughter of Zeus and the earth goddess, Demeter. Once solely the goddess of spring, Persephone became Queen of the Underworld after being “abducted” by Hades and eating pomegranate, the fruit of the underworld. Most tales suggest she was taken against her will but you and I know the story actually goes a little differently: Persephone wanted to taste the forbidden fruits, to leave the comforts of home and explore deep, dark passions that were dormant within her, waiting to be awakened.

The magic of my Persephone’s Desires Perfume lies in its ingredients. This powerful blend is created with notes of chrysanthemum, davana, bergamot, patchouli, pomegranate, and damiana. Chrysanthemum has a deep, earthy scent and is associated with protection during the autumn season. It’s believed to ward off lost or unhappy spirits. Chrysanthemum is also rejuvenating and restorative for the mind, body, and soul. Davana has a floral, rich scent and brings clarity and creativity. It facilitates higher realm connection and access to the outer dimensions. Davana also helps you believe in yourself and release fears. Bergamot is a unique, sweet floral with a spicy edge. It attracts prosperity and success, uplifts and refreshes the spirit, and promotes joy. It brings strength and surrounds you in gentle protection while restoring balance and stability.
