Oud is a sacred wood from the Middle East. It originates from the wood of the agar tree, which is also known as “the wood of the gods.” It sharpens focus, calms the central nervous system, and is great to work with during contemplation. It increases alertness and is often used to attain deep meditative states and connect to higher realms. It activates the upper chakras and activates light codes. Oud softens and relaxes you, and it brings emotional, physical, and spiritual wellness.
