This was my first experience with cedar, and it smells wonderful! You need to be careful with it though, because it can be sharp. I keep it in a large smudge bowl to make sure any pieces that fall land in the bowl. It can be sharp to step on if it falls on the carpet. I also take some of the pieces that have fallen and create a little mound to burn so i’m not wasting any.
