Most of the patchouli I had in the past few years has been blended with one thing or the other softening up the earthy musky fragrance. So I had a hard time at first but then realizing it’s one note Patchouli pure and uncut. It became magical for me. It reminded me of a forest where maybe mysterious creatures live. Where time stands still and fairies dwell. I was transported to this earthy magical forest to connect with Gaia. I love it, it’s become my bed time oil my leaving the house oil. This patchouli is excellent! It is earthy, spicy, and not for the faint of heart. It can be worn alone or used as a base with other oils (such as neroli, which together is my favorite combo). If you adore patchouli, you will love Athena’s!

very strong earthy scent, used on my ankles for grounding, now i can’t stop smelling it as it changes after applying. It can easily be mixed with other oils to create your own signature scent. I LOVE IT
