This spray really does work! One spray and I can function with daily activities that Interact me with groups of people. When I purchased this most for my daughter for the holidays. I opened it up to smell it. She as well as myself are both empath. This really seems to stress her out. This is the reason I bought this mist for her. The moment I took a smell, I had to buy one for myself! Absolutely my favorite of all of the mists. I collect them all. They are all beautiful as well
