Many women close to me have struggled as they’ve gone through menopause. It is a part of life for all women. It is in my future and yours, if you haven’t experienced it already. Often difficult to accept, wrought with hormonal imbalances that throw us into sudden emotional turmoil, menopause is a trying transition. What it represents physically can cause great mental and spiritual distress. But we must embrace each life progression as beautiful, and meaningful to the cycle. I created my Menopause Balancing set of gemstones and perfume oil to honor this sacred change and to bring peace as we navigate its waters.
First in the set of gems is a tumbled piece of malachite. Malachite speaks directly to me, as it is a great feminine healer known as the Midwife Stone. Its magic has been used for thousands of years, all the way back to biblical times, to stimulate Life Force energy and to absorb pollutants from the atmosphere, the aura, and the body.
Next, is tumbled moonstone, a tool for divination and scrying, drawing down the moon and seeing what is unseen. Moonstone invokes the goddess in her watery lunar element and helps bring dark matters to light.
Then, you have a piece of tumbled blue lace agate, which is the stone of calming and centering. It assists the bearer in choosing wise words with a clear mind and with conviction.
You will also receive a piece of lepidolite with this offering. Lepidolite is a potent healing combination of mica and lithium – natural medicine for calm and stability. Rubbing this stone will relieve anxiety, stress, and depression, and aid with peaceful sleep, as well as dream recall.
A tumbled piece of moss agate will ground you and bring peace and stability. Moss agate tempers mood swings, instills patience, and builds a better determination to handle life’s challenges.
Lastly, you will receive a clear quartz point, which is the stone for magnification, intensification, sealing of intentions, and holding sacred space. Clear quartz is crucial to raising all vibrations around you, and that of your other stones.
This set also comes with a bottle of my brand new fragrance, Hormona. This artisan perfume blend of lavender, Roman chamomile, lemongrass, basil, and a few other essential oils will help keep your hormones in check. Allow it to center you and alleviate the symptoms of menopause as your breathe its scent.
