This custom set was created to celebrate Sage Goddess’ 11th anniversary, and it’s unlike any smudging set I’ve EVER offered before. I smudge daily to purify my sacred space before ritual, ceremony, or meditation. It’s an integral part of my spiritual practice – in fact, it’s what this community was built upon. This company started with a single sage bundle, which I made in July of 2011 and offered on Etsy for a friend. Since then, SG has evolved into a global community, through which I’m able to share my love for all things metaphysical with people around the world. This set pays homage to SG’s humble beginnings and comes with everything you’ll need to kickstart your smudging practice.

With this set, you’ll receive a pink Himalayan salt sphere, almandine garnet heart, selenite wand, handmade smudge bundle wrapped with rose petals, abalone smudging shell, and an infused palo santo stick. You also have the option of ordering the Ultimate Deluxe Set, which will come with all of the above PLUS a super special, handmade deluxe smudging fan. The deeper magic of this Ultimate SG 11 Anniversary Smudging Set

You will receive the following:

One (1) pink Himalayan salt sphere (about 2”), sourced from Pakistan. Himalayan salt crystals are mineral material that is part of the primordial sea, buried underwater in the thermal ocean landscape for more than 300 million years as they formed. As the mountains now known as the Himalayas rose from under the Earth’s surface, these salt crystals were exposed. Himalayan salt releases negative ions and helps keep the air around you cleansed and balanced. The pink color of this salt adds properties of universal love and resonates with the Heart Chakra. And you all know I’m a huge advocate of incorporating sphere power into ritual. Spheres are special because they radiate their energy in ALL directions, sending out a steady vibrational pulse.

One (1) almandine garnet heart (about 1.5-2”). The stone for this heart was sourced from India. Almandine garnet activates the Root Chakra for protection and gentle grounding. This calming stone pulls your spirit back to center and imparts a sense of safety and balance. It helps you integrate the wisdom of Earth with the wisdom of Spirit, anchoring you into Gaia to help you feel more stable and secure. Almandine garnet allows you to overcome any challenge with ease and is especially useful after spiritual journeys – just one touch will ground you back into your body. Almandine garnet also reminds women of their divine sexuality and promotes fertility. The heart-shaped carving symbolizes Divine Love, adding properties of kindness, emotional connection, and compassion.

One (1) selenite circle opening and closing wand (about 4-5”). The stone for this wand was sourced from Morocco. Selenite wands are perfect tools for opening and closing sacred circles, especially during moon rituals. Selenite is a peaceful Crown Chakra stone that radiates pure white light and Divine Feminine energy. It brings clarity and joy, purifies spaces, and raises vibrations. Selenite also helps you sleep and magnifies wealth and influence. The Greeks named selenite after the moon goddess Selene who awakens intuition and brings psychic visions and vivid dreams. Selenite does the same. It’s a gem of divine connection that’s especially powerful under the full moon and is perfect for moon magic. Selenite is fragile – be careful not to get it wet – but it is quite strong, which makes it similar to us as spiritual beings, tender and yet strong in our own ways.

One (1) smudge bundle (about 5”). Your smudge bundle will be wrapped either with rainbow rose petals or pink and white rose petals. Please allow my team to intuitively choose your bundle for you. Every bundle was handmade right here at SG Headquarters in the way that we’ve always made smudge bundles – with the same California sage that started SG 11 years ago. White sage is a sacred herb that’s been used for centuries by elders to clear and consecrate space. The smoke of ceremonial white sage, in particular, is said to draw positive spirits and discourage the presence of any unwanted energy. Most people find the scent grounding and centering. Rose petals have been used as an ingredient in love spells since ancient times and are known to be potent bringers of good fortune, happiness, and luck in love.

One (1) abalone smudging shell (about 4-5”). Abalone brings forth the mystical power of the element of water, bringing energies of inner beauty, protection, comfort, and peace. This shell is perfect for holding your favorite smudge bundles or palo santo sticks and putting them out after burning them.

One (1) 11 Anniversary Perfume infused palo santo stick (about 4”). This palo santo stick is beautifully engraved all over with hearts and the number 11. Shamans have worked with palo santo medicine for thousands of years. It’s physically and spiritually cleansing, enhances clarity, restores tranquility, promotes joy, and inspires creativity. Palo santo also deepens your connection with Divine Source and enhances meditation. The attraction to its fragrance is said to be a sign of spiritual and emotional purity. This palo santo stick is infused with my 11 Anniversary Perfume, a beautiful combination of 11 sacred oils, including: Gardenia for compassion and peace, violet for love and protection, palo santo for serenity and purification, patchouli for passion and grounding, myrrh for positivity and spiritual connection, frankincense for stress relief and deepened meditation, and tobacco for gratitude and ancestral connection. This scent was specially created to celebrate our 11th anniversary and provide you with love and guidance as you embark on your next year of discovery.

Essential oil-infused palo santo is something special, custom-made here at Sage Goddess. It took us months to cultivate this process, and it’s proprietary! Palo santo is impressive on its own, but it can be hard to light, and people often complain that it produces very little smoke. Infused palo santo lights easier and stays lit longer. It also creates more smoke, and the smoke has more aroma. At Sage Goddess, we only use sustainably sourced palo santo wood and oils. Our Peruvian partners only harvest wood that has died naturally and has been dead for at least five years. We never harm living trees! The dead wood is collected, cleaned, and cut by hand. We are also committed to replanting trees in the forests where we find our wood – this ensures that our palo santo forests are not susceptible to over-harvesting.
